Welcome to the Minebolt Store. By accessing our website (store.mineboltsmp.net), registering an account, or purchasing any digital goods/services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview & EULA Compliance

  • Independent Project: Minebolt is an independent Minecraft server network. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang AB, Microsoft, or Minecraft.

  • Mojang Compliance: All purchases made on this store strictly comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and commercial guidelines. You are purchasing virtual permissions, cosmetics, or convenience features, not ownership of the game or intellectual property.

2. Digital Purchases and Delivery

  • Virtual Goods: All items sold on the store (ranks, cosmetics, keys, in-game currency) are purely virtual and intangible.

  • Instant Delivery: Items are automatically delivered to the specified Minecraft username within minutes. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to input the correct Minecraft username (IGN) during checkout.

  • Final Sales: As outlined in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

3. User Conduct and Server Rules

  • No Immunity to Punishments: Purchasing a rank or package does not grant immunity from the rules of the Minebolt network or Discord server.

  • Bans and Forfeiture: If you violate server rules, cheat, exploit bugs, or engage in toxic behavior resulting in a temporary or permanent ban, you will not receive a refund or compensation. You permanently forfeit access to all purchased perks and items associated with your account.

  • Server Changes & Wipes: Minebolt reserves the right to modify, nerf, buff, or remove any item, rank, command, or feature at any time for balancing or updates. We also reserve the right to perform seasonal map resets or wipes without prior notice or compensation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Minebolt and its staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Temporary or permanent server downtime, technical failures, or data loss.

  • Inability to access the server due to internet outages, Mojang authentication server failures, or ISP issues.

  • Misuse of purchased items or accounts by third parties.

5. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the store constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
